After almost 24 hours of traveling and waiting for transportation I have arrived in Tavua town in Fiji where I will be starying for the next 6 weeks. Right after getting off the plane I was introduced to the true relaxed fijian culture--we waited 2 hours at the airport for our ride to come and take us to Tavua.
Fiji is 19 hours ahead of the US. For Arizona subtract 5 hours, add a day and that is what time it is in Fiji.
...and come join the wedding reception!

Sherry you are in Fiji! I remembered and was going to text you but then it was like the day you were leaving so I figured you wouldn't have your phone. Anyway, I'll be "following your footsteps" so keep posting! Good luck we'll be thinking of you!
p.s. thanks for everything- I'll send you pics from the wedding as well, once I get them back! The only wedding pics I've seen are the ones you sent me, so thanks! lol
